I sent an email to Kokoi Motsoaledi and BonCapAuthorisations.cpt last week Sunday and have not had a reply yet. My operation has been scheduled for 17 February 2015 and again Bonitas Medical Fund is delaying their response to my emails. This happened last year as well and due to their bad service my operation had to be postponed. Can senior management please attend to my request and ensure that I receive an amended Letter of Authorisation reflecting the correct date of admission and approval for all the relevant codes and items. Kindly only call from 11am should you wish to discuss this complaint.
