Authorisation Declined

I am highly disappointed in the manner my surgery was handled. Bonitas authorized the surgical removal of my right blind eye. However when it came to the end of all procedures where a prosthetic eye was required, they denied/ declined authorization. Their premiums are extremely expensive and i still over and above that had to take a personal loan of R18 500.00 to fund my prosthesis. This I think is totally unacceptable where one would think for such heavy premiums one could have these aspects covered. I am currently looking for an alternative medical aid that can cover such aspects.
