Autherisation pending for days
I have been waiting since Friday 4 September 2026 for Autherisation i need it by tomorrow 10 September 2026 i keep phoning and im told its by the medical advisors I have paid for guesthouse for my family as im travelling from Nelspruit to Pretoria i paid a 30% copayment for the hospital Im not happy with Bonitas they automatically changed my plan to a more useless plan
And the service is *******
