Auth needed but you refused. What is going on
My 5year old child is currently admitted into hospital due to dehydration and diarrhoea. Upon coming here the doctor examined her saying it is caused by her tooth. And she needs to go into theater. And upon doing this you guys refuse to give auth. Firstly we paying so much of money for this nonsense. Secondly according to you guys it can be done in the surgery. How can you expect a 5 year old to co operate whilst having an extraction. My child is dehydrated and not eating she also has a temperature. What a waste. Can someone get back to me regarding this.

07 Jan 2020, 17:21Yes she advised that I can do the procedure as an out patient. However that doesn't help me in any way. As the doctor that saw to her doesn't do it in the surgery. So once again I'm stuck.
This is so ridulous. She is sick. Her temp is going up and down. She has diarrhoea she is getting dehydrated. But you guys refuse to help. One thing is certain i am definitely changing my medical aid.
