Attention Lee: Bonitas staff dont know how to process annual verification

This has been a FOUR YEAR struggle! Every year I experience the same issue, its really getting tiresome now. Its been 24 hours since my mails to the people copied in, and not one response! In sort, every year I send off all my income verifiacation only to be told they didn’t receive it. After an escalation or 2, miraculously someone finds all my mails!

2021 is no exception, same issue again! Please refer to timeline of events

1. 26 October 2021 at 15:58 – sent income verification forms and documents 2. 28 October 2021 at 16:14 receive mail from YusrahP acknowledging receipt of income verification – requested IT34A 3. 28 October 2021 at 17:30 I reply to Yusrah with the IT34A notice from SARS, requesting if all in order – I DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM HER SINCE THEN 4. 19 November 2021 at 19:17 I receive a mail from bonitas that they haven’t received any documentation from me.

Please explain this, why will YusrahP acknowledge receipt in an email, ask for more information ( which I forward to her and not to reply if all in order ) only to receive a mail that you have not received any documentation from me? This has been happening every year now for the past 4 years! I have the emails to prove it!
