ATT: MR LEE CALLAKOPPEN-UNPAID ACCOUNTS

I have a spreadsheet of over R200 00.00 outstanding in respect of LEGISLATED PMB HOSPITAL CLAIMS. Emails have been sent to queries@bonitas, hospital@bonitas, phaclinical@pha, phaqueries@bonitas to name but a few. We never had these problems whilst Bonitas was under the administration of Medscheme. Since the takeover we have not had one claim paid at PMB rates even though we have submitted motivations, radiology reports and pathology reports. This is now almost 4-5 months outstanding.
