Atrocious service by Bonitas Finance Team
Since writing my last review about this ************ Bonitas, nothing has changed. Still giving me the runaround. Still the same old song "has been escalated, EFT has been prepared, sorry if we disappoint you" I am still waiting for my savings refund to be paid to me...MY MONEY that I have to beg for like a loafer😡 The turnaround since the last escalation lapses today 10July 2025...nothing!!! They are a disgrace to their industry ...sies!! I've accumulated so much reference numbers received from them...but to date still no money. I will not recommend them to even my worst enemy.Empty promise upon empty promise. Where is your integrity???

10 Jul 2025, 17:13Same old story...nothing gets resolved. I have terminated with you in December last year. Scheme rules states four months after termination refund is supposed to be made. Treat people with dignity, not like dirt😡 I will leave no stone unturned until I receive what is due to me...MY MONEY not yours!!!! It has now been 7 months since my initial application. I want my money.
