Atrocious experience with Bonitas on all channels
I have been with Bonitas for 5 years. If so could give them a negative review, I would. Their App does not work and neither does their WhatsApp line. They mis-represent their benefits and their call centre staff is not very well trained or informed. It’s become a really terrible experience dealing with Bonitas. I would rather take a 3 month waiting period and change my medical aid.
