One star does not even do it for me at this stage. My son was sent to the ER room on 25/04/2024 as requested by the GP for high fever over 41 degrees. He was then admitted. I have a auth number. Bonitas does now not want to pay the ER doctor saying we did not get ER auth number. Phoned the ER doctor's room to find out the procedure they follow, they are saying there is one auth number covering everything seeing that he was admitted. I phoned Bonitas again sticking to their story. What am i to do now to get this invoice paid because for the life of me i will not pay this, he was admitted and we have auth.
