Are you realy second biggest med aid?

It such a pity that whenever you need to get things done is when you ask hello peter to assist. why don't they do what needs to get done and keep this from happening. I have been on the phone this whole morning and been send from post to pete, even after i made it clear i will hold till they have the correct department on the phone. Even a supervisor told me she will put me through to and someone that can assist me to register my chronic medication dropped the phone. Obviously my profile was still open on her computer but she did take the responsibility to phone me back and put me through. Why a bad start with the second biggest medical aid in South Africa?
