Are all Medical Aids the Same?

I recently had a massive issue with Discovery Health where they were basically *****ing money from me for more than 6 months - without medical cover, no communication and no customer service. I am thinking of moving to another medical aid and Bonitas are the obvious choice - BEFORE I read the complaints on HelloPeter. What amazes me is that the complaints are similar than the ones for Discovery. Bonitas are doing a little bit better with a 20% ration compared to the 16% of Discovery.<br> The company responses are the same on all the complaints with Bonits - Copy and Paste, signed \the Bonitas team". Why is it that customer service has been forgotten. Bonitas are quick to service when I want to join - no issues there"
