Approval

My wife was booked by our Dr to go for an operation on the 02/04/2019 we submitted the application to Bonitas the same day. The reply was that we are new to Bonitas that there will be a wait of 5 working days before we will receive any feedback if this is approved or not. The Dr moved the operation to the 10/04/2019 as we are waiting for a reply. We have made countless calls to Bonitas where the answer is we will follow up and call you back and this never happens. No one has an answer for us. In the meantime my wife’s health is put on hold for a medical aid that has never even waited one day for my money. When we need the services that we pay for every month that is costing us a small house of money there is just a sorry we will get back to you. We moved to Bonitas as we have only experienced bad medical aid in our life and now we have to experience this again.
