Appointed service provider Marara Pharmacy doesn't delivered

My wife sitting now more than 2 weeks not receiving her chronic medication from Bonitas appointed service provider Marara Pharmacy. If I go to buy from my local pharmacy get levied 33%. Now I get forced to do it as my wife need here asthma and heart medication urgently as Marara fail to deliver a service. I requested several times already to get my local pharmacy appointed as my chronic service provider. So Bonitas will rather carry hospital cost instead to get their provider Marara sorted.
