Appaulling administration and bad service
The administration at Bonitas Medical Fund is absolutely catastrophic. I have been accused of owing monies that I do not owe with unjustified reasoning. In April 2022 I lodged a dispute with the Council of Medical Schemes which ruled in my favour, the matter was put to rest in January 2023 and account closed. In December 2023 the Bonitas CMS Escalations Agent decided to reopen the account and claim that I am owing the medical aid and have been handed over. This is the worst medical aid administration I have had to deal with to date and I do not recommend Bonitas Medical Fund to anyone. These 'best medical aid awards' are just good on paper. In reality the service is appaulling.
