Apparently Bonitas people cant read

Follow up to my last complaint. They put through something 6 times which I had to pay cash for ONE (only 1). Bonitas is meant to pay it but there was a problem with thier system.

I have had back and forth mails. I was told a while ago that it was sortedBut another email this morning. AGAIN they list other medications I get and tell me why those medications are not covered. I know this. They do not mention the ONE thing that I queried.

Then they mention an amount which they covered for some other things, and that I must pay the shortfall. Followed by "contact your doctor to arrange payment for the shortfall". What doctor? What shortfall? This "shortfall" was the amount I paid at the till at Dischem. Like every other time. No doctor.

My email directly below thier nonsense one was already angry cos they did not address the one medication I brought up. I said it there - a few lines below. My query was TRIPHASIL ONLY. And I get THE SAME response. Again. Talking about other medications which I get - and DIDNT ASK ABOUT.

Come on Bonitas - cant you read? Seriously. Medical aid is SO expensive and they cant read mails? Youre absolutely useless.

As far as Im aware, this issue has actually been fixed - so stop contacting me. And especially stop telling me things I didnt ask about while omitting the one thing that was an issue. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN
