Appalling Service
I do not understand why Bonitas forces me to use Pharmacy Direct to get my sons chronic medication, because they are unreliable. And if the person who is supposed to assist me is not at work, I can not be assisted if I can the call centre. Probably the worse medical aid I have had to deal with
