Appalling response to a life and death situation

To say that I'm disgusted and appalled by you is an understatement!! You have just this morning denied Authorization regarding a serious life and death matter. My Father app**** last year to become a member of your Bonsave plan. He was diagnosed with Gangrene on the 3rd of May 2021 and was advised to have amputation done seeing that his life is in danger but because of the fact that he isn't a member for a year yet you've denied the claim. Stop playing with peoples lives!! If the claim was denied because of the fact that you think it was a pre existing condition at the time my Father app**** to become a member you are sadly mistaken!!! He went to see the doctor on the 3rd of this month and it was only THEN he was diagnosed with this disease. STOP WANTING PLAY GOD WITH PEOPLES LIVES!!!!!
