Appalling disgusting lack of service

I was referred to Gyne by my GP after months of blood tests and not feeling well, end of July made my appointment emailed Bonitas and Dr on the same email, today reception at Gynae called me advised they not contracted to Bonitas and the lack of service I've had over a 3 year period is disgusting!!! Why have I not had any response or sooner advise or any correspondence from Bonitas advising to request a list of or advise me. Time is wasted my life .....as this will lead to cervix cancer!@!!! Bonitas staff I my experience since joining have no service inclination only arrogance is what I've experienced and I will be looking at medical aids.....this is literally the straw that broke the camels back, I've worked for Hollard for 13 years and we had training consistently on what service industry is, your staff need training as it's the members that pay their salaries, come on...wale up Bonitas Management
