Appalling Customer Service
Forxiga 5 AUTHORIZATION MED.NO *** I request AUTHORIZATION on 11 April 2022 Reference number: 110422Q2DTP5 After several queries and no response I request that this referred higher up in terms of the procedure. I received a response on 18 May requesting a report from the doctor. Which was sent on 27 May by the doctor and myself. After 3 Reminders no response has been received. Final Reference no. Query number is : 300522Q48X87 This is appalling customer service from The Chronic Department. Could the Bonitas CEO kindly resolve the matter. H. Essop
