Appalling
I have had the worst experience with Bonitas medical aid. I have been waiting for my savings refund with no luck. I have been spending my own money buying airtime to call them and still on the 30th of May my refund has not been paid. Bonitas has not been forth coming with relevant updates. I have been a member of this medical aid for almost 5 yrs and I have never missed a single premium but the treatment I have experienced is nothing less than appalling. I am so disappointed in such a big organisation that treats people this way
