Appaling service, not sure if my son is even added on the Medical Aid

After all the good things Bonitas has done for me, they fail to pick up the phone to assist with a simple query of adding my newborn to the medical aid. I get the feeling that I am being passed from PILLAR TO POST AND I AM TRULY DISGUSTED. NO RESPONSE TO DATE, I AM A HIGHLY UPSET, DISAPPOINTED, DISGRUNTLED MOTHER WITH LIMITED RESOURCES:(
