Appaling claims processing service

I wish I had come to view these reviews before making a decision to move to this medical aid 2 years ago. Bonitas short paid my son's orthodontic treatment but issue is now I've sent an email on the 8th of April 2025 fo ask that thw short paid codes totaling to just over 3k to be paid from my available savings which ia over 15k and they are just not doing their job in processing this. I've called countless times to get this sorted and they keep telling mw about a processing turnaround time of 20 day, how many 20 days are there in a month from the 8th of April to now the 16th of May. I have spoken to about 4 different consultants trying to get this sorted from after the 8th of May, having given this a month considering the public holidays which they keep reminding me about. There were only 5 public holidays in April so that excuse has now become invalind. I am appalled to say the least ans now my son had to pause treatment becuase of this laziness to pay out claims
