APP, Whatsapp and Self service tools pathetic
The App it's impossible to update my details. Can't retrieve virtual doctor's records or contact numbers.
The chat line is pathetic sends you and e-mail 24hrs after you intiated a chat to say your weren't online.
The WhatsApp number totally does not work.
As much as self service is encouraged, this does not work.
Email queries you get a ref but no closure or follow ups. Shocking.
