App**** for medical aid 8wks ago have not had a reply...
I sent through an application of 22 March 2026 and have not heard back from Bonitas confirming the application. I did phone a while ago and they said it will take 5-10 working days since I sent in the email, but have not had confimation of medical coverage etc. I have the following ref numbers from my various emails I have sent trying to follow up. 300426QJN2XY...220326QH09MF...MI***...MI***...MI***...MI*** Please could they contact me via email urgently to sort the matter out. Thank you

It is now 3days after reply from Bonitas on HelloPeter and they have still not contacted me via email. More than 8 weeks since sending in the application forms and nothing been done or received. Perhaps I should start looking into another Medical Aid
