Ante natal claim money not paid back

I am truly disappointed with the service of Bonitas Medical aid ante natal classes benefit. Always when you have to claim back the money you paid it is a problem. I struggled to receive my money back with the first pregnancy in 2013 even now I am struggling to receive it. Now it's even over six month. I don't understand why do we have to struggle. I attended my ante natal classes at stork nest clinic, does it mean everyone in the country that attend the classes at Stork nest struggle to get their money back. Its seems like you have to call Bonitas until you cover the money they owe you. Ladies watch out for this bad service. I want my money back.<br> 231115CFVPTZ
