Answers to all my questions - WOH!!
I have had many email correspondence with Bonitas Medical Aid before and actually thought their service (email responses) sucked, until I actually got a reply back from Lusanda Ritilyanda. She answered all the questions from my query email - this was a first for me and I just wanted to mention that it was highly appreciated.
