*********** and negligence

Bonitas Medical scheme is *********** and negligent. I have been struggling to get my chronic Medication for over a month.

I had cancelled BonCap and moved to Bonitas Bonfit Select, a move that I regret due to the atrocious service than I have received since the move.

I just got another rejection email, letting me know that I needed to send my prescription to BonCap while I am on Bonitas. Would a sane person just wake up and send a prescription letter to Bonitas while they are on BonCap. Mind you I spent R49 yesterday calling and explaining the same damn thing yet I am still being referred to BonCap while Bonitas confidently deducts the premium without fail.
