*********** and disinterested team managing our healthcare service... which we pay for promptly each month

We requested a procedure authorisation for one of our employees, on the Boncap option, on Thursday 7th March 2024.

Since then, we have had no response...and have emailed them every single day since 7/3/24... no-one ios getting back to us or our employee.

This morning I eventually called and asked to speak to the Operations General manager... who was already in a meeting at 08h10? and unavailable to speak to me. When I asked for that person's contact details, was informed that "we are not allowed to provide contact details"... a service organisation? really?

Our experience with Medscheme employees has been dismal from day1, and we have the proof to show this. Every instance of connecting with them has been a challenge... nothing ever works smoothly...So while the EDI claims system works well, the people at Medscheme are a major disappointment.

So, to their Operations GM. you have serious work to do!

Medscheme!!
Blah, blah, blah, blah and more blah… what useless and meaningless "feedback" provided to do damage control in social media.

Own the fact that many of your people whose job it is to man operational workflow processes consistently fail regularly and in a manner which inconvenience your members and adds to their financial and medical woes.

AS A MATTER OF FACT, *we* have been pursuing this matter DIRECTLY with PHA, and as a result hereof, this particular matter is close to resolution. BUT, it needed us t explode in social media in order to get your mentally challenged people to actually do their work, which they are getting paid for, partially from our regular monthly payments, and that of other employee groups.

SO, get off your condescending cover your backsides blah blah blah and start doing your jobs!
Once again as said to Ricardo…Happy to help you re-engineer what is not working in Florida.

And while you are still gloating for responding in social media on the above matter… there is ANOTHER matter for another of our employees… waiting for action since January 2024… for chronic medication which was approved back in January 2024

The dependant has still NOT received ANY chronic medication.

Still feeling positive about your organisation?
