I contacted the customer support line and was absolutely blown away by the professional , proactive and caring approach to my query. Thank you Mashile Molema for your assistance and putting a smile on my face.

I also wanted to thank the lady who assisted me several weeks ago once again via the customer support line. Unfortunately I did not not get her name as I was emotional at the time, but she was calm and caring throughout.
