Amazing service

My mom is a member of this scheme and I handle her accounts. She has had a recent spell of ill health which required many hospital stays. Even though her option was the entry level BONCAP option at the time, the service I have received from BONITAS has been amazing. Their consultants are knowledgeable. friendly and go the extra mile. I spoke to a young man, Rishad at their call centre about unpaid accounts and he resolved them in no time, calling me twice to give me feedback. I was simply blown away at his efficiency, especially in a country with a track record of poor customer care and service delivery.
