AMAZING NONHLANHLA

After three days and speaking to at least 4 consultants at Bonitas for a hospital authorisation I finally landed with Nonhlanlhla today. Within 5 minutes Nonhlanhla had the very same procedure which 4 consultants and at least 5 emails could not achieve sorted out whilst I was on the line. It’s just amazing what difference one employee who knows her job can achieve. Well done and thanks to her the procedure will be performed tomorrow that was scheduled for last Wednesday allready but due to poor assistance was not done. What an asset she is to Bonitas.
