Always a hidden catch
There is always something with this medical aid which they do not thoroughly inform you of prior. They won’t pay a claim unless you did this or a specialist visit won’t be paid because you did not do that. And your GP should have done this, if they did not know and I did not know how on earth should we have done it, now I have to pay on top of paying my premium! Honestly not happy.
