All about the money and nothing else. Disgusting for people who's suppose to care

I had some difficulties the past few months and couldn't pay my medical aid. I sent an email telling them about this and how much I can afford to bring it up to date. Instead they gave me their own arrangement based on what they want completely disregarding my suggestion. As I said before Bonitas is not a medical scheme who cares about their clients. To them it's literally about the money and nothing else. They are not helpful or understanding. Now I'm being threatened by them saying they going to terminate my account after I asked for help and even worked out a payment plan.
