Acute medication

I always thought Bonitas is such a hassle free medical aid until they had to pay for 2 hospital claims and they never bothered and gave me excuses, Wednesday I went to the doctor because am feeling depressed and anxious, my gp obviously prescribed some meds for me and when I went to clicks to get them the system told them that the doctor needs to dispense 😳😳😳😳 shook because the reason he prescribed it is because he doesn't have. The call center told me that the doctor needed to call for authorization, they never communicate that not even once, every year the acute meds money is never used and when I checked the list the pills are on the formulary. They always have an excuse when it comes to paying it's disgusting
