ACTIVATE MY MATERNITY BENEFITS

How many times do I have to call? How many different agents do I need to talk to? I am pregnant, registered with the maternity program but my maternity benefits are not activated? Claims doesn’t know anything? Maternity Program says it’s not there issue? Who is going to take responsibility?
