Accrediting clients

I registered my Parents with Bonitas medical aid fund onto the BonCap Option, in which they request yearly updates to verify it's members income in order to substantiate their monthly payments.<br> In this request, you are given a deadline to submit pension verification letters, SARS documents, Affidavit's, 3 Month bank statements. etc etc. which becomes quite time consuming especially if you don't have direct access in obtaining most of the documentation within the given time frame and then still find yourself resolving SARS issues and going back and forth to the police station to sort out Affidavit's.<br> <br> I have a problem when a customer has to jump through multiple hoops in order to retain a service by a medical aid company. I have submitted relevant documentation only to find Bonitas telling me that it's \Not good enough"and that there are other documents which need to be handed in or re-verified.<br> <br> I am now cancelling the BonCap option as it's purpose to inundate you with stress and work load."""
