Accounts not been paid

I Me MJ Reynders joined Bonitas on the 1st of August 2014.i am with them for a year now and i was told i will be covered 100 percent from the 1st of august 2015 by the representative of bonitas ( charmaine) i have phoned the call centre several times and they can't give me any answers, and charmaine doesn't respond to any of my calls or sms's. I have emailed my receipts to bonitas and they are not refunding me either for the cash i had to pay to see the doctors. Now i have received a phone call from Arwyp hospital to pay my x-rays and scans that they were supposed to pay, and they didn't. Please help me on this matter. I need it resolved before i go in for my back operation.
