account still short paid

Ramoroko pr:***....practice still not paid service dats 7-31 december 2012 and 01jan 2013...accounts has been reversed and paid several times though da condition was pmb and patient was in hospital... April i got statement saying account was paid but service dates 24-31december 2012 but still doesnt reflect unto the doctor... I really dont know what must i do because m frustrated now.. I need someone to call me and explain since i tried sending emails and calling but no help... Is this the kind of service one gets from paying thousands of rands?
