Account not updated - please uplift suspension

My mother whose 74 yrs old, Mrs Phyllis Eugenia Jabulisiwe Nyandeni, ID No: ***<br> <br> Her medical aid account has been suspended due to insufficient funds error on her bank account for the debit order debited on 03/03/2015, We made the direct deposit on the very same day 03/03/2015 for R1398.00 into your Nedcor Account, Account number: *** with her medical aid number and name as her reference. Today she could not get her chronic medication from the pharmacy due to that her account has been suspended of which you have already received the payment and have not updated your records, please note that this is an inconvenience on her side now as she cannot wait for further 3-5days without her Bp medication, I need this to be investigated and sorted out asap, she needs to get her chronic medication before any complications that might affect her lifebeing. Please look into this and sort as a matter of urgency, also refer to call *** as we cant wait for Supervisor Leticia to get back from the meeting and then get to attend to this and again wait for further days of the query escalation done by Dalyn( he was indeed helpful).
