Account gets suspended and un suspended every month frustrating

I have paid my medical aid for January and February via Eft to their Nedbank account and yet they keep on suspending my account. Every time I call they tell me the found my payments it was allocated to the wrong person. My medical aid gets suspended and unscented every month. Just not happy
