I received a statement advising i still owe Bonitas the March premium. The premium was paid and i got feedback from Bonitas that the account is settled i dont owe. <br> <br> On 04.06.2015 i receive another statement saying i still owe the March premium. I have escalate this to Telesure and they escalate this to Sanelisiwe on 04.06.2015. <br> <br> I have sent another email to follow up and Lorraine at Telesure escalated it again to Sanelisiwe. <br> <br> Up until today i havent receive any feedback from Bonitas advising whats going on. <br> <br> I need this sorted and i need a letter confirming that i dont owe Bonitas anything. <br> <br>
