Abuse of human rights

My wife and I are suffering and Bonitas is not willing to help despite motivation from the Doctor. Twice my application for Chronic medication was declined with no reasons, and nobody dares to inform me that my application was rejected unless I call. Is this what it means to be South Africa's most generous medical aid? Where is generosity if you gonna reject Doctor's advice for the betterment of our health? When I asked to speak to the manager he/she had already left before the knock-off time, and no efforts had been made by him/her to try and get back to me. Is that generosity? How about my right to information? My wife's right to better health? But I'm not surprised Bonitas can't communicate with clients yet they live off the money from the very same clients that they can't assist when they are in need. I'm extremely disappointed and very saddened by Bonitas actions, I just hope God will see us through this because the people/schemes we entrust about our health are not there when we need them.
