Absolutely useless.

I don't know how to describe how useless these guys are. I seriously think there needs to be independent investigations into how this scheme is run and whether they are forced to have a default stance of refusing everything and anything. They announce record profits for stockpiling but ordinary members get refused for important claims. Thank goodness I'm about to move medical aids. Pharmacy Direct, which they FORCE you to use is as useless as the scheme managers themselves. They can never get things right and love to lay additional charges every time they deal with you.
