Absolutely the worst

I have joined bonitas for almost 2 months and they are already giving me issues. Before i joined i asked if i can pay in arrears which they accepted they just asked for a letter from my previous medical aid to confirm that i was paying in arrears. I then experienced an issue with my November debit order whereby they double debited me. Which left me furious because i never agreed to that. I went back and forth with them which they stated that they will refund me within 7 working days (surprise surprise they didn't refund me). After so many calls . They only came back to me today with an email stating that the refund will not happen and that they will not debit money for the 1st of January. After getting the email I attempted to call them and find out what the hell is going on. They just said the Finance department can't do the refund as it has already been paid over. I have never in my life dealt a useless medical aid scheme that do not care and take people’s money without them ever agreeing to it. Unacceptable, do yourself the favour of not joining this medical aid
