Absolutely Ridiculous
I have still not gotten my card. I have received an email after my last response. I have provided my address where to have my medical aid card sent and to date I have still not received it.
I have sent 3 emails with my address .no acknowledgement receiveived from agent. THIS IS BECOMING ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. SHould I not get a response today. I will be sending an email to Ombudsman. I AM NO LONGER ACCEPTING THE POOR SERILVICE. YOU GUYS ARE LITERALLY MAKING US FOOLS.
WHY THE HELL AM I GETTING TEST EMAILS. WAT THE HELL IS WRING WITH U PEOPLE .
I WANT MY CARD DELIVERED TODAY...ITS A WEEK NOW!!!!
