ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! There is no zero or minus one star option

I had to select 1 star because there is no option for ONE star.

This is my first review and I have decided to submit a review because of the level of disgust for Bonitas:

1 - I have been double-debited two months in a row. I was not notified of this, I was not reimbursed, not was I credited for the extra amounts I've been debited for.

2 - I called Bontias last week and one of your consultants kept addressing me by the wrong last name (AFTER I HAD GIVEN HER MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER where she was supposed to be looking at MY information).

3 - My broker has emailed Bonitas and one of your useless employees precedes to confirm that my original premium was set to go off. (I say useless employee because this was communicated to me, but not actioned.

This morning, Bonitas tried to debit my account for R7 506!! Where on earth did you get this absurd amount from? I tried calling your pathetic excuse of a service provider and hear that I am caller #38 in the queue. This indicates how many South Africans you are *****ING from!!!!!!!!

This is *******! Your pathetic company is robbing us South Africans!

Dare we miss one debit order - then you guys cancel our membership so quickly!

Now, when you are literally *****ING OUR MONEY, you can't be decent and do something to rectify the situation????

Absolutely pathetic and shocking to say the least!!!!

PS. The automated recording of the announcements on your line which says "if you have received a notification about your membership being terminated...." This again indicates the depth of your incompetence.
