Absolutely pathetic service

My medical aid went off on the 1 st of march. I asked them to add my girlfriend from the 1 st of april. They send me a quote for R 1980. But then they went and add her in the middle of month. And pay R 2300. So when my debit order is going off on the 1 st of april. They want 4800 plus R 2300

That is not what i requested. Go look at the forms i send you.

And if you guys debit my account extra with that R 2300. I wil cancel my medical aid and go somewhere else.

Ever since i started dealing with you guys its just problems. Dont you people know how to do your job. I know you guys cant read very well.
