Absolutely PATHETIC

I gave birth to my daughter on 23 February 2024, she was then admitted to the NICU where she was discharged 4 days later (27 February).

We were not at all aware that she had to be loaded as a Dependent within 30 days and so we were a few days late to register her.

After 4 months of fighting and waiting, the case was reviewed and approved to be backdated.

In the meantime there was an outstanding amount of R73 588,80 from Netcare Linkwood for her NICU stay.

It has taken Bonitas 6 MORE months to respond and say ONE detail was incorrect on the invoice.

I have been in contact with the wonderful ladies at Netcare in order to rectify this and they had submitted the claim last week.

Today I followed up and Bonitas still has ZERO RECORD OF THE CLAIM.

This is absolutely pathetic service on their end.

Meanwhile I have the Sheriff coming to my home every week to give me a summons for the ongoing account that we cannot afford.

I pay R4897 per month in contrabutions, for what exactly?
