ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY TOWARDS SERVICE

My mother was hospitilised and there the psychiatrist decided that her meds needs to be changed. That was more than a month ago. No authorisation on chronic to date. My mom a state pensioner needed to pay out of her own pocket to avoid falling back to where she was before. Once again on last Wednesday the dr faxed the script fornauth on chronic. Its a week later and when phoning they simply say they dont know for which sickness it is and can get hold of the doctor as if the doctordoes not have a admin lady with the full file!!!!! I would like to see the call log on how many times they actually tried getting hold of this dr? I wonder if they know they are playing with someones life and if they, due to their gross neglicligence and dont care attitude, are prepared to fave the consequences if someone take their own life due to no being able to afford meds which should have been authorised more than a month ago. I will take you to hell and back that I can promise you. You are just pathetic, pathetic pathetic. Sickening to say the least. But let someone miss payment by two days and they are suspended. One sided caring it seems to me!!!
