Absolutely disgusted in the fact that Bonitas is making decision on who should supply our medication else we will be penalized with 30% co payments. This new Marara Pharmacy is and absolute joke. Submitted script more than 2 weeks ago. Phoned then 5 times laste week, twice this week and now once the delivery company. Just all of them with empty promises on my medication that SHOULD HAVE already been delivered but still no where near delivery. And so sorry for the inconvenience, as if that helps with the fact that they take their time with delivery. With Pharmacy direct I got my medication 2 days laters. Not 14 days later. How can they not investigate this matters first before informing members that they need to shift else they will be penalized.
